Probably Do NOT hire me if:

You want a standard contemporary drama scene (e.g., sitting on a couch talking). It will be a lot cheaper for you to hire a local showreel company and you still have someone else doing it all for you. For a basic "filmed at an AirBnB" scene without VFX and with basic editing, you should be able to get a local company for less than $800.

Probably Do hire me if:

You need a scene that is impossible to film on a small budget. Film sets like period drama, sci-fi, action, even police stations and hospitals will be expensive to rent. And when you add in possible VFX for those scenes, extras, atmosphere and proper sound design, it will cost you several thousand to film. For that I am much cheaper. So if you need an:

Prices and Process

Self-Directed: $997

Step 1: Send me Your Script and Ideas: Send me the script you want to do. And if you have any visual idea of how you want the scene to look. You don't have to come up with ideas if you're happy for me to do that for you.
Step 2: The Tech Check: On a Zoom or Whatsapp video call I audit your space and lights beforehand to ensure it will look good.
Step 3: Reference Image: I will generate a reference image for you, based on the script and agreed concept. You will use that reference image for how to light and film yourself.
Step 4: Filming: Film yourself at home using the reference image I sent you, so that you light yourself correctly and stand in the correct position for filming. This will be just like filming a self tape, with a few more guidelines to make sure we can integrate you into the virtual film sets.
Step 5: The Magic: I take your footage, do the rotoscoping, scene builds, co-star creation, color grading, audio design and VFX integration.

You direct yourself, as you would if you were doing a self-tape. I will do all the "tech stuff".

Fully Directed: $1,597

Step 1: The Concept Call: We have a zoom call and choose the genre you want to do. I go away and write a custom scene for you.
Step 2: The Tech Check: On a Zoom or Whatsapp video call I audit your space and lights beforehand to ensure it will look pro.
Step 3: The Shoot (Live Directed): I am on Zoom while you record. I direct your performance, check your eyelines, and ensure the lighting matches the virtual background I am building.
Step 4: The Magic: I take your footage, do the rotoscoping, scene builds, co-star creation, color grading, audio design and VFX integration.

The 'Reshoot' Insurance: Because I am on the call with you, I guarantee we get the shot. If we get to the edit and the footage doesn't work, I will hop back on Zoom and we reshoot it until it's perfect.
